Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential insurance services organization seeking an experienced Commercial Auto Liability Claims Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you will:
- Supervise a team of Auto/Liability Adjusters, coordinating their training and development to ensure they reach their fullest capabilities
- Ensure claims handling is conducted in compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, legal requirements, and company procedures
- Oversee claims activities including investigating, taking statements, estimating damages, determining liability, denying claims, subrogation, and litigation management
- Deliver consistent, high-level service across your team's portfolio
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of commercial auto liability adjusting experience
- 1-5 years of management or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of claims compliance and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to develop and lead adjusting teams
- Experience with subrogation and litigation management
