Regional Sales Support Representative

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential luxury home furnishings organization in their search for a Regional Sales Support Representative. This remote role serves as the operational backbone for regional sales teams, managing the complete quote-to-delivery process while maintaining the high-touch service standards expected in the luxury market.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned regional sales representatives regarding quotes, orders, and status updates
• Enter and manage quotes and orders through multiple systems with accuracy and timeliness
• Follow established processes and procedures for furniture customer service and regional sales support, particularly around seller communication protocols
• Coordinate with internal teams including claims, credit, purchasing, and operations as well as external factory partners to provide timely responses
• Assist sales teams with lead times, fabric specifications, freight and delivery expectations, and special order circumstances
• Participate in department meetings and ongoing training initiatives
• Handle escalations, credits, return authorizations, and customer accommodations with sound judgment
• Support financial operations through precise order entry, billing accuracy, and appropriate discount application
• Balance customer satisfaction objectives with company policies and financial interests

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with luxury brands strongly preferred
• Proficiency in furniture quoting, order management, and fabric sales processes
• Strong understanding of cross-department workflows including operations, credit, purchasing, and showroom coordination
• Demonstrated ability to analyze reporting from internal and external partners
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through capabilities
• Clear, professional communication skills with a customer service orientation
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills focused on efficiency and positive seller outcomes
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
• Comfort working in a contact center environment with measurable performance goals
• Collaborative mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to troubleshoot independently before escalating issues
• Openness and agility when business decisions require process or procedure changes
