Graphic Artist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential marketing technology client in their search for a talented Graphic Artist. Our client specializes in integrated omni-channel campaigns that combine digital advertising with data-driven marketing solutions for national and local brands.

This is a remote position with preference for candidates in Central or Eastern time zones. You'll join an award-winning creative team that produces high-volume advertising materials across print and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce effective advertising creative across print and digital products for diverse client roster
• Determine styles, sizing, and arrangement of illustrative material and copy using creative judgment
• Leverage available technology, templates, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while maintaining creative quality
• Balance creativity with speed to meet tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy
• Ensure brand standard compliance for client work to maintain visual continuity
• Manage revisions based on internal and client feedback throughout project lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver professional, pixel-perfect final products
• Support additional projects including in-house design work, spec ads, and new advertising initiatives
• Articulate and defend design decisions in a collaborative environment

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or associate degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Marketing Design, or related field (highly preferred)
• 0-3 years of creative services experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of design principles including typography, visual hierarchy, composition, spacing, and color theory
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Digital/web design or motion graphics skills (preferred)
• HTML/email design skills (preferred)
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality, thoughtful designs under tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to learn, grow, and take direction
• Portfolio demonstrating strong use of typography, grid-based design, white space, and color theory
