About the Role

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction sites, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and maintaining open communication with clients and team members.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple construction sites.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Supervise and train construction workers to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and progress reports.
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and engineers to address project concerns and changes.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction to maintain project timelines and budgets.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar construction management role.
• A strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for site visits.
