Core Duties

• Operate track hoe and excavation equipment safely on job sites
• Execute trenching, grading, and material handling tasks according to project specifications
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and pre-operation inspections
• Communicate effectively with crew leads and site supervisors
• Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site safety protocols
• Position and maneuver equipment for precision work in varying site conditions

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating track hoe and excavation equipment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and safety best practices
• Ability to read site plans and understand project requirements
• Physical capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
