Talent Acquisition (France)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential semiconductor AI organization that is scaling rapidly across France, North America, and Israel. In this headhunting-focused role, you will own talent acquisition end to end, partnering directly with executive leadership to attract engineers and scientists who will shape the company's growth.

• Run full-cycle recruiting and close candidates across hardware, optical systems, software, and research disciplines
• Partner with C-level executives and engineering leadership to define role requirements and calibrate on talent standards
• Build and maintain a proactive sourcing engine spanning the US, Europe, and Israel
• Define and continuously refine the interview process and hiring bar to support scale
• Track pipeline health and hiring velocity, providing clear updates to leadership on progress and opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong headhunting track record in deep tech, semiconductors, AI, or hardware sectors
• Proven ability to independently close senior technical talent end to end, including staff/principal engineers, research scientists, and technical leadership
• Experience recruiting in fast-moving startups or scale-ups, ideally Series A through C stage
• Sharp sourcing instincts and outreach skills that earn replies from hard-to-reach candidates
• Comfort operating across multiple geographies and timezones, particularly France, the US, and Israel
• Fluent in both French and English
• Genuine passion for the headhunting process and closing exceptional candidates
