Consulting Lead Oracle Cloud ERP Transformation – Financials

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential consulting organization seeking a senior Oracle Cloud ERP leader in Singapore. You will guide enterprise clients through large-scale financial transformation programs, working directly with C-suite stakeholders to define strategy, build business cases, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Develop business cases for cloud ERP transformations, quantifying financial and non-financial benefits alongside required investments
• Lead assessments and design multi-year migration strategies covering business process transformation and organizational change management
• Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, advising on complex issues and delivering practical solutions
• Design cloud operating models including capabilities, processes, roles, responsibilities, and organizational structures
• Evaluate technology products to support business functions and recommend optimal solutions
• Lead client workshops to define issues, opportunities, and solution blueprints
• Contribute to practice development through white papers, patterns, best practices, and thought leadership
• Support proposal development, client presentations, and new business opportunities
• Capture intellectual property and insights into knowledge management systems

What We're Looking For

Must-have qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred (or four years of progressive specialty experience per year of education)
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification preferred
• 15+ years implementing and managing package-enabled business transformations with Oracle applications
• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle implementations at client sites using global delivery models
• Minimum 1 Oracle ERP Cloud implementation from start to finish
• Deep expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud modules: AR, AP, GL, FA, Advanced Collections (minimum 5 years)
• Experience designing chart of accounts and finance organizational structures
• Direct stakeholder management experience with CFOs and Finance Directors
• Well-defined management consulting background including project management and business analysis
• Strong grasp of SDLC and industry-standard program management tools
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident strongly preferred
• Ability to travel up to 4 days per week to client locations locally and nationally

Preferred experience:

• Budgeting, planning, and consolidation domains
• Industry knowledge in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, or Communications
• Cross-functional process expertise (finance, supply chain, inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, planning, CRM)
• Demonstrated thought leadership and solution architecture capabilities across functional areas
• Team leadership and mentoring experience
• Track record staying current with emerging cloud technologies and their business impact
