The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned marketing leader to establish and oversee our contract marketing function. In this Director role, you'll build and manage a high-performing team, develop innovative approaches to contract-related marketing challenges, and report directly to senior leadership. Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive contract marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing professionals across both locations
• Oversee all aspects of contract lifecycle marketing, from proposal through renewal and expansion
• Collaborate with legal, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing alignment with contract terms and obligations
• Drive demand generation and pipeline development through contract-focused campaigns
• Establish metrics, track performance, and optimize marketing ROI
• Represent the marketing function in high-level strategic discussions and negotiations

What You Bring

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a director-level or equivalent leadership role
• Deep understanding of contract marketing, B2B marketing operations, or related disciplines
• Proven track record building and scaling high-performing teams
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities
• Experience with marketing technology, data analytics, and performance measurement
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
