Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand in the beauty and wellness space. This remote role is based in the Philippines and offers an exciting opportunity to own the full ecommerce experience across multiple high-priority channels.

We're seeking an Ecommerce Manager who will drive conversion optimization, manage product listings across key platforms, execute email campaigns, and keep the operational backbone of the business running smoothly. You'll work closely with growth leadership and external retention partners, shipping work that moves metrics and directly impacts revenue.

Responsibilities

Site CRO & Shopify:

• Own conversion rate optimization across the Shopify storefront including product pages, collection pages, checkout flow, and homepage
• Run A/B tests and on-site experiments; manage testing tools and interpret results
• Manage the Shopify app ecosystem including upsell/cross-sell, reviews, subscriptions, bundles, and site speed tools
• Maintain integrations and troubleshoot issues across apps, tracking pixels, and data layers
• Coordinate with the creative team to deploy updated imagery, copy, and user-generated content across product pages

TikTok Shop:

• Own product page optimization including titles, bullets, imagery, enhanced content, and category setup
• Monitor storefront performance and flag issues to the broader team
• Coordinate with content and affiliate teams to ensure product pages support creator-driven traffic
• Stay current on TikTok Shop feature releases and surface relevant updates

Amazon:

• Assist with listing optimization including titles, bullets, enhanced content, backend keywords, and imagery
• Work with internal stakeholders and agency partners to implement updates and maintain listing health
• Flag suppressed listings, content issues, or policy violations and coordinate resolution

Email Marketing:

• Execute campaign sends end-to-end in Klaviyo: build, QA, schedule, and deploy
• Partner with growth leadership and retention agency on flow strategy with hands-on implementation
• Manage segmentation logic, list hygiene, and send cadence
• Pull post-send reporting and surface performance insights

Tooling & Operations:

• Own the review platform to ensure collection, moderation, and syndication run smoothly
• Leverage AI tools for copywriting, content optimization, and productivity
• Maintain clean documentation across SOPs, app settings, and platform configurations
• Support new channel or integration launches as the business scales

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years in a DTC ecommerce role with deep Shopify experience
• Hands-on Klaviyo experience building campaigns, managing flows, and pulling reporting
• TikTok Shop experience in any capacity
• Basic Amazon Seller Central familiarity including listing updates, enhanced content, and suppression troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of the Shopify app ecosystem and ability to triage integration issues
• CRO mindset focused on customer journey and conversion optimization
• Detail-oriented and execution-focused with strong follow-through
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to increase efficiency
• Strong communicator able to work cross-functionally with creative, growth, and external partners

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer packaged goods DTC brands
• Familiarity with affiliate or influencer-driven ecommerce models
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template edits
• Experience with attribution and analytics platforms
• Comfort pulling and interpreting data in spreadsheet tools or data visualization platforms

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $1,600–$1,900 USD per month. This is a full-time, remote position based in the Philippines.
