As Senior Coordinator, Workforce Development at Foundationccc, you will lead initiatives that connect job seekers with career pathways and employers with skilled talent. Working remotely across California, you'll coordinate programs, manage partnerships, and facilitate training opportunities that strengthen workforce readiness in your community.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce development programs, including assessment, training, and job placement services
• Develop and maintain partnerships with employers, educational institutions, and community organizations
• Facilitate career workshops, skills training, and professional development sessions
• Track program metrics, participant outcomes, and report on workforce development initiatives
• Provide support and guidance to job seekers navigating career transitions and employment opportunities
• Assist in grant writing, compliance documentation, and program evaluation activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in workforce development, human resources, education, or related field
• 2+ years of experience coordinating programs, community services, or workforce initiatives
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams
