Tech Lead- MSD (Microsoft Dynamics)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a Tech Lead specializing in Microsoft Dynamics to join their CRM development team in Egypt. This is a critical leadership role where you will drive the full development and support lifecycle for Dynamics 365 CE Online implementations, working alongside developers, product managers, solution architects, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-performing digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for Dynamics 365 implementations, facilitating grooming sessions with business users to deliver optimal solutions with accurate estimations and detailed task breakdowns
• Execute end-to-end MS Dynamics CE implementations including customizations, UI/form development, plugins, workflows, Power Automate development, security configuration, and reporting/dashboards
• Develop and maintain modules across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Voice, and Power Pages with deep hands-on expertise
• Manage system integrations using Web API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints while maintaining proper version control through Visual Studio
• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the CRM platform to ensure seamless operations and rapid defect resolution
• Participate in Scrum framework activities, conducting stakeholder demos and collaborating with architecture teams to ensure designs meet technical and business requirements
• Mentor senior and junior developers, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices across the team

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 8 years of extensive hands-on experience with MS Dynamics CRM 365
• Strong development background with MS Dynamics cloud offerings including configuration, customizations, workflows, and plugins
• Proven expertise with MS Dynamics Cloud modules: Customer Service Hub (Unified SLA, KB Articles), Dynamics 365 Marketing (Outbound/Realtime), Customer Voice, Sales, Power Apps, and Power Pages
• Strong experience developing Power Automate Cloud Flows
• Solid hands-on development skills in C#, ASP.NET,.NET Core, and Web APIs
• Experience with Azure Synapse Link and Data Flows development
• Banking or financial services industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficiency with Confluence and Jira
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Excellent planning, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
