Praktikant*In (M/W/D) E-Mail Marketing, Crm & Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading German media and events organization, is seeking a Marketing Intern to support their E-Mail Marketing, CRM, and Performance Marketing teams. In this role, you will:

• Support the promotion and execution of a major marketing festival in Germany, including on-site participation during the event
• Assist in planning, writing, and implementing newsletters for new and existing customers using E-Mail and CRM tools
• Help the Performance Marketing team create, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels
• Work flexibly on cross-team projects, supporting both teams where the most exciting challenges arise
• Maintain and review regular reports and analyses to derive data-driven recommendations

What We're Looking For

We are representing our client in the search for candidates who possess:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a comparable field—or recently completed studies or vocational training
• Interest in online marketing; ideally with some initial experience in E-Mail Marketing, CRM, Performance Marketing, or related areas
• Enjoyment of both creative work (copywriting, image selection) and analytical thinking (data, performance KPIs)
• Comfort with learning new tools and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with different systems
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Collaborative mindset with a preference for solving challenges as part of a team and exchanging ideas on current topics
• Self-motivation and a hands-on approach to work
• German language fluency required; position based in Hamburg

Pay
