Senior Product Designer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their design team across multiple European locations. Our client operates a sophisticated trading platform serving a global user base, and this role offers the opportunity to shape intuitive financial products that impact users worldwide.

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, user-centered design solutions. You'll be responsible for creating seamless experiences that simplify complex financial interactions while maintaining design consistency across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that drive user engagement and satisfaction
• Champion user needs throughout the design process, incorporating research insights and feedback into every decision
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate concepts into functional designs
• Work alongside UX researchers to gather actionable insights and implement usability improvements
• Build interactive prototypes to validate and communicate design concepts effectively
• Establish and maintain design guidelines ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints
• Manage multiple design initiatives simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and timelines
• Map user journeys that transform complex workflows into simple, delightful experiences
• Drive continuous improvement of product performance through post-launch iteration and refinement
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system across iOS, Android, and responsive web platforms

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience designing complex commercial applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design execution and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience with SaaS products
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including deep knowledge of components and design systems
• Demonstrated experience working with and evolving design systems across iOS, Android, and responsive web
• Strategic thinking ability with clear articulation of design rationale and decisions
• Understanding of how design choices impact technical implementation
• Self-directed approach with ability to own the design process from concept to delivery
• Strong UX foundation with deep understanding of human behavior and interaction patterns
• Refined visual design sensibility with attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm for tackling challenging design questions
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
• Proactive, confident communication skills with ability to present work and defend design decisions to diverse stakeholders
