Client Success Manager, Hospital Solutions

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology client in their search for a Client Success Manager focused on hospital solutions. This is a remote position based in the United States.

Our client operates a leading platform trusted by healthcare systems nationwide. As a Client Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping hospital clients achieve their marketing objectives while becoming an expert in the platform's capabilities. You'll partner with internal teams to drive client retention and success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage hospital client accounts, executing all aspects of marketing campaigns on the platform
• Design campaign layouts, create proofs, and maintain updated marketing plans across all systems
• Partner with hospital clients to understand their goals and success metrics for physician marketing campaigns
• Manage client reporting to demonstrate progress toward objectives and showcase campaign performance
• Collaborate strategically with the sales team throughout the campaign lifecycle from execution through renewal
• Coordinate information and projects across multiple clients and time zones

• Prior experience in healthcare or marketing agency settings

Preferred qualifications:

• 3-5 years of client management experience
• Previous remote work experience
• Healthcare industry background from a client services, recruitment, clinical, or marketing perspective
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Airtable

Pay

The anticipated compensation range for this role is $90,667 - $137,520, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
