Lead – Order to Cash

Weareeverise is seeking a Lead – Order to Cash to join our team across our 2 Locations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence in our order-to-cash cycle and lead process improvements that directly impact our business performance.

About This Position

As our Lead – Order to Cash, you'll be responsible for overseeing the complete order processing, billing, and collections workflow. You'll work to optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver seamless financial operations that support our customers and drive company growth. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on process management, requiring both leadership vision and practical operational expertise.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash operations, from order entry through invoice generation and payment collection
• Oversee billing accuracy, reconciliation, and timely resolution of billing discrepancies
• Monitor collections processes and work to improve cash flow and reduce days sales outstanding
• Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations
• Analyze operational metrics and prepare reports for senior management
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve customer issues

What You Bring

• Proven experience in order-to-cash, billing, collections, or related financial operations roles
• Strong understanding of billing processes, invoicing systems, and accounts receivable management
• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement and drive operational efficiency
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with accounting or ERP systems and MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across departments and organizational levels
