Clinical Pharmacist – Fully Remote | Upto $120/hr

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a fully remote contract role based in Canada. This position offers the opportunity to work on clinical review and medication safety projects from anywhere in the country.

Responsibilities

• Review and confirm drug interaction findings, dosing accuracy, and contraindication flags against complete patient medication lists and clinical charts
• Identify missed drug interactions, outdated patient information, and instances where clinical guidance has been superseded by newer alerts
• Assess the completeness of clinical data, ensuring all active medications, laboratory results, and comorbidities are appropriately considered
• Differentiate between clinically permitted and clinically appropriate medication choices, flagging suboptimal selections for specific patient scenarios
• Ensure clinical recommendations are properly documented and that prescriber notifications and order updates are completed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD and active pharmacy license in Canada, or equivalent clinical verification experience
• Minimum 2 years of professional pharmacy experience; inpatient or hospital setting strongly preferred
• Regular, frequent use of drug information databases such as Lexidrug or Lexicomp (weekly or more often) in your current or recent role
• Strong working knowledge of drug interaction tools, IV compatibility resources, and monograph interpretation
• Demonstrated expertise in at least 2–3 specialized clinical areas relevant to your practice setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with data annotation, clinical labeling, or AI evaluation projects
