Influencer Marketing Account Manager | Remote | LATAM Only | 90001

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential influencer marketing agency seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive end-to-end creator campaigns. In this role, you will serve as the vital bridge between client vision and creator execution, overseeing campaign lifecycles from initial discovery and creator negotiations through content approvals and final performance analytics.

You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver seamless operations. Your day-to-day will include developing influencer marketing strategies, coordinating with creators, managing campaign timelines, approving content, and delivering comprehensive performance reports. Building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring retention and account growth will be central to your success.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing
• Previous experience working with U.S. agency clients or in a U.S. agency environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Experience handling large accounts and complex, multi-creator campaigns
• Strong track record of client retention and account growth
• Hands-on experience developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion
• Proficiency with influencer management platforms such as CreatorIQ, Modash, Upfluence, or similar tools
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM only)

Role Details

This is a full-time, 100% remote position open exclusively to candidates based in Latin America. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EDT). The role includes unlimited PTO and U.S. holidays.
