About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Business Systems Analyst to join their Systems & Operations team. This role goes beyond single-tool administration—you'll understand how data flows across interconnected platforms, anticipate the impact of changes, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
You will begin with ownership of the CRM and marketing technology stack, supporting Marketing and Sales Development teams. Over time, this role will expand into broader business systems ownership and cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

- Support Marketing and Sales Development teams by translating business needs into scalable system solutions and reliable processes
- Build and maintain understanding of how data moves across systems, including CRM, quote-to-cash, ERP, and data platforms
- Assess downstream impact of proposed changes and proactively identify dependencies, risks, or data-quality concerns across connected systems
- Partner with internal stakeholders including business-unit leaders and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear documentation, user stories, and actionable tickets
- Triage and scope incoming requests, resolve issues within your ownership area, and route execution work to appropriate resources
- Clarify incomplete requests and help stakeholders define desired business outcomes, requirements, and priorities
- Support system integrations and onboarding of new business units where initiatives touch CRM or marketing technology
- Develop and maintain system documentation, operating standards, and SOPs to improve consistency and scalability
- Identify opportunities to improve system adoption, data integrity, workflow efficiency, and user experience

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence working directly with stakeholders and business leaders
- Ability to work US business hours in a remote environment
Preferred experience:
