Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate organization seeking a working student to join their accounting and operating costs team in Leipzig. This is a flexible part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week, with schedule adjustments available by arrangement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the accounting and operational cost management team with day-to-day activities
• Assisting with the recording and filing of invoices and financial documents
• Maintaining and updating databases and records
• Supporting the preparation of operating cost statements and reconciliations
• Compiling and organizing documentation for review
• Conducting basic control and verification tasks
• Handling general administrative duties within the department
• Managing minor organizational tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a current university student with strong attention to detail and an interest in real estate finance. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Active enrollment in a relevant degree program such as Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field
• Genuine interest in accounting, financial data, and property management topics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• A structured, careful, and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• A service-minded approach to problem-solving
• Previous practical experience through internships or working student positions is advantageous but not required
