About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential cloud infrastructure organization seeking a Business Analyst – Cloud Commerce & SaaS to join their remote team in Poland. This is a strategic operational role managing digital commerce channels, enterprise marketplace operations, and technical delivery coordination within the Business Applications department.
You'll serve as the operational owner for cloud marketplace platforms (AWS and Azure) and direct web channels, managing enterprise B2B private offers, catalog administration, and cross-functional delivery sprints. This is an enterprise B2B SaaS position, not a consumer retail role.
Responsibilities
- Own operational health, listing accuracy, and catalog completeness across cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure) and direct webstore channels
- Coordinate product onboarding, updates, and deprecations including pricing, SKUs, license entitlements, descriptions, and media assets
- Manage enterprise B2B Private Offer workflows end-to-end: initiation, approval, fulfillment, and post-sale handoff to Customer Success
- Liaise with cloud partner teams on listing certifications, SaaS metering integrations, and marketplace co-sell program requirements
- Maintain consolidated operational tracker (Jira) across all active digital commerce initiatives, integrations, and process improvements
- Drive sprint planning, async standups, and delivery cadences; surface blockers early with clear context and proposed resolutions
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT): define test scenarios, assign testers, consolidate results, and own release sign-offs
- Drive process automation with an AI-first mindset—identify repetitive operational workflows and lead their automation
- Elicit, document, and validate functional requirements for digital commerce initiatives: listing updates, checkout logic, entitlement rules, pricing structures, and API changes
- Produce clear BRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, process maps, and data flow diagrams for Engineering and QA
- Map end-to-end data flows across the B2B stack—identifying integration gaps and proposing solutions
- Serve as internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) on cloud marketplace technical mechanics: metering APIs, SaaS contract billing, and private offer structures
- Deliver weekly and monthly status updates to leadership, Finance, and Sales covering channel activity, launch status, and fulfillment health
- Build and maintain operational dashboards tracking marketplace GMV, private offer turnaround times, fulfillment SLAs, and entitlement activation rates
- Partner with Finance as primary operational point-of-contact for order reconciliation, entitlement provisioning, and period-close data requirements
- Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring operations
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 2+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or marketplace operations analyst roles in B2B sales environments
- Strong written communication skills: ability to author BRDs, SOPs, status reports, and stakeholder updates independently and on time
- Proficiency using Jira for agile sprint/task tracking and Confluence for technical documentation and SOPs
Nice-to-Have:
- Hands-on experience with AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace management (listing administration, B2B private offers, SaaS contracts, or metering APIs)
- Hands-on experience with BI and data warehousing tools (Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, or equivalent) to build and maintain operational dashboards independently
- Familiarity with enterprise subscription billing platforms, payment gateways (Stripe), or B2B webstore engines
- Exposure to ERP or financial systems (NetSuite) from an order management or reporting perspective
- Experience in QA or UAT coordination (writing test cases, managing testing cycles, driving sign-off)
- Exposure to AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, or no-code integrations) for workflow automation
- General understanding of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, or containerized software product categories
