About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology company with an established international presence. They are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to strengthen organic visibility across multiple markets through strategic content development and authoritative off-page initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work on ambitious projects within a collaborative, multicultural environment in Wiesbaden, with hybrid work flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to increase domain authority, organic visibility, and search rankings
- Create and optimise SEO-focused content by conducting keyword research, identifying content opportunities, and applying copywriting best practices
- Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and industry-standard SEO tools
- Identify growth opportunities through competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and market research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SEO initiatives across multiple websites and projects
- Contribute to on-page SEO improvements, including metadata, internal linking, content optimisation, and information architecture
- Support technical SEO initiatives by identifying issues and working with developers to implement improvements
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in SEO and online marketing
- Proven experience developing and executing off-page SEO strategies and link-building campaigns
- Experience with on-page SEO optimisation and content audits
- Strong experience in SEO copywriting, content optimisation, and writing SEO-focused content
- Proficiency in Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or similar platforms
- Working proficiency in English
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using AI tools and automation to streamline SEO workflows
- Familiarity with Screaming Frog or similar tools for technical SEO audits
- Ability to build insightful dashboards and reports using Looker Studio
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for tracking and tag management
- Knowledge of online PR, digital outreach, and media relationship building
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
