About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential cloud consulting organization in their search for a Sr Cloud Native Developer to join their growing technical team. This is a fully remote position based in Mexico.
Our client is an established cloud services partner experiencing significant growth and expansion. They work with enterprise-level cloud infrastructure and are investing in their technical capabilities following recent organizational advancement.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Cloud Native Developer, you will:
- Design and develop cloud-native applications and services using modern programming languages
- Build and maintain serverless architectures and backend systems
- Implement infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead technical projects and provide mentorship to development teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions
- Architect and deploy applications following cloud best practices and agile methodologies
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, or Python)
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native development, preferably AWS (Azure and GCP experience also valued)
- Experience with Lambda, CloudFormation, CodeDeploy, and CodePipeline
- Backend development expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
Preferred qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead teams and technical projects
- Deep experience with AWS services and architecture
- AWS Professional or Specialty level certification
- Agile methodology experience
- SQL database experience (MySQL, MSSQL, or Oracle)
- Strong version control knowledge (Git or similar systems)
