About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential technology client seeking an Arabic CX Agent Tester for a short-term remote contract. This is a brief testing engagement focused on evaluating conversational AI quality through live calls and reviews.
Responsibilities
- Complete 10 test calls with a customer experience agent, following provided prompts and scenarios
- Conduct 10 quality assurance reviews of calls, assessing accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness
- Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience
- Work independently to ensure high-quality evaluations and feedback
What We're Looking For
- Native Arabic speaker (required)
- Prior data annotation experience
- Ability to place calls to an EU, UK, or US phone number
- Capability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality
- Available to start immediately
