About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential recruiting agency specializing in sales, go-to-market, and technical placements for growth-stage technology companies. We're seeking a Talent Sourcer to join their remote team and build qualified candidate pipelines through proactive outbound research and engagement.

This is a contract role open to candidates in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Peru, and Serbia. You'll need availability during US Pacific Time business hours with overlap until at least 3 PM PT.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, X-ray techniques, and creative sourcing strategies
• Build and manage strong outbound talent pipelines across multiple open roles
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and qualify interest and fit before handing off to recruiters
• Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline data, and sourcing notes in the ATS
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and communicate clearly on candidate quality and pipeline health
• Meet weekly sourcing activity targets and pipeline goals
• Share ideas, flag issues early, and contribute to team process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English (required) – you'll be conducting calls, writing outreach, and communicating with US-based professionals daily
• 0–3 years of experience in outbound, research, or client-facing roles such as sales development, recruiting, or sourcing (a plus but not required)
• Genuinely proactive – you notice what needs to be done and take initiative without waiting to be asked
• Strong sense of ownership – you treat your searches and candidates with care and responsibility
• Coachable and curious – you welcome feedback, ask good questions, and enjoy learning new tools and methods
• Results-focused – you care about pipeline quality and real outcomes, not just activity metrics
• Collaborative and easy to work with – you support teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive remote environment

Pay

Compensation has not been disclosed for this role. Our client offers a competitive base salary based on experience and local market (typically in the range of $800–$1,600/month USD) plus performance incentives tied to pipeline quality and successful placements. This is a contract position paid via Deel (1099).

The role includes hands-on onboarding, daily team syncs, weekly training sessions, and access to a modern recruiting tech stack. There is room to grow toward full-cycle recruiting as the team expands.
