Account Executive 🇫🇷 (Small Businesses)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization in France that is transforming how individuals and businesses approach healthcare coverage. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their Small Businesses division, targeting companies with 10-30 employees across multiple French cities.

This is a high-velocity sales role with strong conversion rates, offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact on hundreds of growing French companies. You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, working with a segment that shows exceptional product-market fit.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through deal closure
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at small businesses
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations that educate prospects and inspire action
• Guide stakeholders through the evaluation process with tailored, high-touch strategies
• Execute precise messaging that educates prospects on healthcare solutions
• Create seamless buyer journeys that reflect a customer-first approach
• Contribute to the evolution of sales methods and growth initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing the complete sales cycle, including prospecting and closing
• Full working proficiency in French (C2 level or above) and advanced English skills
• Proven prospecting abilities - this is a core component of the role
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-up and time management skills
• Strong empathy and genuine passion for understanding client challenges
• Demonstrated ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue and SaaS business models
• Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude in small team environments
• Eagerness to learn quickly and drive results from day one
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz
