About This Opportunity
We are representing a well-funded fintech client building next-generation financial software for mid-market and enterprise organizations. This is a high-growth Account Executive role based in London (hybrid) where you'll own the full sales cycle and work directly with finance and accounting decision-makers.
Our talent team is seeking someone with proven B2B SaaS closing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through discovery, demonstration, negotiation and contract signature
- Manage mid-market deals with typical sales cycles of 9-12 weeks and five to six-figure annual contract values
- Collaborate with marketing, partnerships and go-to-market teams to build and optimize inbound pipeline
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to supplement inbound leads
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees and build relationships across finance, operations and executive teams
- Provide product feedback based on prospect conversations to inform roadmap priorities
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Demonstrated ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong work ethic with a track record of exceeding quota
- Structured, analytical approach combined with excellent relationship-building skills
- Coachable mindset with hunger for growth and ownership
- Comfortable operating in high-speed, high-accountability environments
- Interest in finance or accounting software is beneficial but not required

Pay
Pay via Get A Job.ai: £60,000–£80,000 base salary, £60,000–£80,000 uncapped commission (OTE £120,000–£160,000), plus £30,000–£40,000 equity value.
