About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce brand specializing in women's apparel with a loyal customer base of over 120,000. Our talent team is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager who will take full ownership of organic social channels—from concept to final post. This is not a content scheduling role; we need someone who produces, edits, films, posts, and engages directly with the community.

This is a remote position based in Germany (Kevelaer region). Both full-time and part-time arrangements (minimum 20 hours per week) are available.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, and static posts
• Produce and edit video content using tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro, transforming creator footage and original recordings into polished, on-brand assets
• Manage community engagement on Instagram and Facebook—respond to comments and messages, identify recurring questions, and turn those insights into content
• Scout, negotiate with, and manage UGC creators, including barter deals and coordination via platforms like Trybe
• Write detailed shooting briefs for creators, collect and organize raw material for production
• Appear on camera regularly in Stories, behind-the-scenes clips, and spontaneous videos; contribute to ad creatives when needed
• Record voice-overs for paid advertising content
• Develop and expand affiliate and partnership channels, sourcing new collaborators and maintaining existing relationships
• Analyze performance data, refine channel tone and visual identity, and plan content calendars based on what works

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in social media marketing or content production, ideally for a brand or within e-commerce
• Strong video editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software
• A natural, engaging speaking voice and enthusiasm for recording regular voice-overs
• Extroverted personality comfortable appearing on camera, speaking into a microphone, and showing your face in Stories without hesitation
• Ability to spot trends and formats early, then test them quickly without waiting for approval
• Excellent community management instincts—warm, approachable tone even with frustrated customers
• Native-level German fluency (all content goes directly to the client's German-speaking audience)
• Self-organized and autonomous in a fully remote environment; you follow through on projects independently
• Nice to have: experience with affiliate platforms, negotiating with creators or their management teams
