About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential AI software organization in Berlin. They are building computer vision solutions for industrial environments and need an AI Onboarding Intern to help deliver reliable customer implementations. This is an on-site, hands-on role for someone who enjoys execution, metrics, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support customer onboarding cycles by tracking success metrics, quality benchmarks, and time-to-value KPIs
- Execute onboarding workflows using internal tooling, then help iterate processes as new data and edge cases emerge
- Review input data quality (camera positioning, occlusion, anonymization, detection variance) and flag issues early
- Identify and document edge cases and process variance to support dataset diversity and accuracy
- Communicate progress, blockers, and metric shifts clearly to internal teams; propose actionable next steps
- Contribute to onboarding process improvements: refine checklists, documentation, templates, and tools based on real-world usage
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure camera setups deliver consistent, reliable onboarding outcomes across sites
What We're Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate interested in implementation, QA, solutions engineering, operations, industrial engineering, or data operations roles
- Metrics-oriented mindset: you enjoy defining success criteria, tracking performance, and driving continuous improvement
- Strong attention to detail and disciplined process execution—no skipped steps, excellent documentation habits
- Fast, concise communicator who raises issues proactively and clearly
- Ownership mentality: you follow through and keep refining outcomes after initial deployment
- Comfortable reasoning about technical systems and troubleshooting inputs (no machine learning background required)
- Manufacturing or industrial process exposure is a strong advantage
