Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential mobility technology company seeking a Working Student for IT Operations in Berlin. This is a fully onsite position where you'll serve as the first point of contact for IT support across the organization.
In this role, you will:
- Handle incoming IT support tickets and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by setting up accounts, managing digital access, and preparing hardware for new employees
- Maintain and improve internal IT documentation and knowledge bases to ensure clear, transparent processes
- Assist the core IT team with daily operations, system maintenance, and infrastructure projects
- Act as a reliable resource for IT questions from various departments across the company
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field
- Solid understanding of IT fundamentals including operating systems (macOS and Windows), hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking concepts
- Highly organized and reliable with a structured, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong people skills with clear, empathetic, and patient communication abilities
- Fluent English skills required
Preferred experience:
- German language skills (major advantage for supporting the local team)
- Familiarity with modern IT administration tools, MDM solutions, or ticketing systems
