Senior Talent Partner – Technology

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead their technical recruitment efforts. This is a contract position based in London with a hybrid working model requiring three days per week in the office. Our client operates at global scale and needs an experienced recruiter who can deliver quality technical hires across product, engineering, cloud infrastructure, and telecommunications architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across multiple business units, with primary focus on UK hiring
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver strategic talent solutions
• Source passive and active candidates using creative and data-driven approaches
• Manage recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making beyond basic activity tracking
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support 12-month hiring roadmaps
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and stakeholder engagement

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrable experience in full-cycle recruitment with strong track record in technology hiring
• Previous experience recruiting technical talent within enterprise-scale organizations
• Proven ability to hire across software engineering, product, cloud, networks, and architecture disciplines
• Hands-on sourcing expertise across both passive and active talent pools
• Confident stakeholder management skills with ability to work independently
• Strong relationship-building capabilities and ability to establish trust quickly
• Outcomes-focused approach with adaptability to changing priorities
