We are representing a fast-growing technology company in the dental industry, operating across the EMEA region. Our client specializes in advanced digital fabrication solutions and is expanding their technical support team in Germany.

This is a remote role based in Germany (or Spain/Portugal for qualified candidates) supporting dental laboratories, clinics, and practices internationally. You'll combine your dental technician background with cutting-edge 3D printing technology to help customers optimize their digital workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support to dental laboratories, clinics, and medical practices across EMEA
  • Guide customers through system setup, process validation, and workflow optimization using your dental technician expertise
  • Deliver training sessions for customers, internal teams, and distribution partners on 3D printing systems, materials, and digital integration

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Support cloud-based software tools and CAD/CAM integrations
  • Contribute to improving and standardizing global service workflows
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, workshops, and industry events

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English with strong communication skills; German or another European language is an advantage
  • Background in dental technology, technical support, medical technology, or dental applications
  • Hands-on experience with 3D printing, CAD/CAM systems, or digital workflows—ideally within a dental lab or clinical environment
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a natural curiosity for testing and improving processes
  • Ability to explain clinical concepts clearly to workflow users
  • Proactive mindset with excellent customer interaction skills
  • Willingness to travel for on-site training, customer visits, installations, and international events
  • Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help customers and colleagues succeed
