Retention Marketing Specialist – Fully Remote | Upto $100/hr

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI research organization seeking an experienced Retention Marketing Specialist for fully remote contract work. Our client is building sophisticated AI agent environments and needs practitioners who can design realistic lifecycle marketing scenarios and evaluate AI performance against real-world standards.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs based on actual lifecycle and CRM marketing work, including realistic challenges and decision points
• Define evaluation criteria and specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for authentic task environments
• Write and review reference answers that distinguish expert-level responses from plausible but incorrect approaches
• Review and evaluate AI agent attempts against professional marketing standards
• Demonstrate diagnosis of data conflicts, prioritization, tradeoff analysis, planning, execution, quality assurance, and cross-tool orchestration

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Hands-on practitioner experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing
• Proficiency with email service platforms (ESPs), CRM systems like Salesforce, and product analytics platforms like Amplitude
• Strong written communication skills with ability to clearly explain decision-making and reasoning

Preferred:

• Experience building AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification
