About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential marketing organization seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with deep GoHighLevel expertise. This is not a template-clicking role — our client needs someone who can think through campaign strategy and then build the entire automation architecture themselves.
This is a full-time independent contractor position based in the Philippines, working graveyard shift (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time) to align with PST business hours.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end campaign strategies including audience targeting, messaging flow, and funnel architecture
- Build complete automation systems in GoHighLevel: workflows, pipelines, triggers, and conditional logic
- Configure snapshots and SaaS mode setups for new account deployments
- Implement automated lead tagging, scoring, and routing to sales teams with zero manual handoff
- Monitor automation performance metrics and iterate based on real conversion data
- Maintain CRM data hygiene to ensure seamless integration between systems and teams
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on GoHighLevel build experience — you must be comfortable building workflows, pipelines, and triggers from scratch, not just using pre-built templates
- Strategic marketing thinking combined with technical execution skills — you can conceptualize what a campaign should accomplish and then build it yourself
- Detail-oriented approach with proactive monitoring habits — you understand that automations fail quietly and require constant attention
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable working graveyard shift hours to collaborate with a PST-based team
