We are representing a confidential financial-services organization seeking a German-speaking Team Leader to join their growing operation in Donaueschingen. This is a leadership role where you will guide a team of financial advisors, optimize workflows, and drive performance in a structured, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of financial consultants to achieve performance targets
• Optimize processes and develop strategic sales planning activities
• Support onboarding and professional development of new team members
• Organize team meetings, workshops, and coaching sessions
