About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential AI organization seeking a Feedback Synthesis Specialist to join their remote team. This contract role focuses on evaluating AI-generated content and providing structured feedback to improve model performance.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in AI outputs
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to guide model improvements
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, with emphasis on presentation software
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 5+ years of professional experience in user research, customer research, or feedback synthesis
- Native or professional fluency in English
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution
