About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential language-learning technology company for a Product Manager position covering parental leave. This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, working with a profitable, globally recognized consumer platform.
We are seeking a bright, data-driven product leader to drive experimentation and improve member experience. You will own the full experiment loop—from hypothesis through launch to readout—and be accountable for measurable outcomes, not just feature delivery.
Responsibilities
- Run continuous experiment cycles: develop hypotheses, write specifications, launch tests, analyze results, and make ship-or-kill decisions
- Maintain a steady cadence of live experiments and A/B tests across the platform
- Identify high-impact opportunities through data analysis, user research, and member feedback rather than relying on pre-existing backlogs
- Collaborate with design and engineering to spec and ship features; own outcomes and business impact
- Communicate findings and results clearly so cross-functional teams can take action
- Apply AI tools strategically to accelerate product operations and decision-making
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of product management experience with consumer mobile applications at scale
- Strong analytical skills: fluent in product analytics, experiment design, and statistical reasoning
- Demonstrated leadership and ownership—you have shipped products and can point to measurable results
- Proactive, independent working style with proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to launch
- Excellent written and spoken English; clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for simple, intuitive user experiences and close collaboration with design teams
- Persistence with complex problems and commitment to seeing solutions through to completion
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve personal productivity and thoughtful perspective on AI in product operations
