Mydpr is hiring a full-time Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team across 4 Locations. If you're an electrical engineer with a passion for designing and optimizing electrical systems, we'd like to hear from you.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on electrical engineering role where you'll contribute to the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components. You'll work alongside experienced engineers to solve complex technical challenges, ensure compliance with industry standards, and deliver solutions that meet rigorous performance requirements. This position offers the opportunity to grow your expertise while making a tangible impact on our products and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze electrical circuits, schematics, and power distribution systems
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new projects and equipment
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical components and assemblies
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into larger projects
- Document technical specifications, test results, and engineering reports
- Support manufacturing and installation teams to resolve technical issues in the field
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Strong knowledge of electrical principles, circuit theory, and power systems
- Proficiency with electrical design software and simulation tools
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or willingness to pursue one is a plus
