Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential media and communications organization seeking a Field Services Operations Intern for a 10-week summer program. In this role, you will:
- Support the development and execution of internal communication campaigns
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee events
- Craft compelling content that fosters engagement and organizational culture
- Analyze current processes and make recommendations to close identified gaps
- Collaborate cross-functionally on communication strategies
- Lead and support high-impact special projects
What We're Looking For
- Communications majors preferred, but open to Business Administration, Business Management, Operations, Public Relations, and Marketing
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and Canva
- Project management experience
- Strong and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable speaking with and presenting to senior leaders
- Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally in a virtual environment
- Organized with the ability to effectively prioritize across teams
- Critical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future
Program Details
This is a 10-week remote internship available anywhere in the United States. Program dates are flexible: either June 7, 2027 through August 13, 2027, or June 14, 2027 through August 20, 2027.
