About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client in Japan seeking a talented Freelance Presentation Designer for an exciting remote project. This role focuses on creating high-stakes pitch decks, professional one-pagers, and data visualizations that combine storytelling excellence with premium visual design.

Our talent team is looking for a creative professional with at least 2 years of experience who can transform complex narratives into compelling, persuasive presentations. This is a part-time, flexible opportunity ideal for designers who excel at visual communication and information hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact pitch decks and one-pagers tailored for specific audiences and real-world business scenarios
• Translate complex data and multi-level information into clear, minimalist visual storytelling
• Create polished deliverables using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency
• Maintain a premium corporate-meets-creative aesthetic across all presentation materials
• Execute meticulous quality standards including visual alignment, pacing validation, and brand adherence
• Work independently to troubleshoot design challenges and deliver presentation-ready materials

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization
• Strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization (portfolio link required with application)
• Deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design principles
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above

Essential Technical Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar presentation software for building complex, dynamic decks
• Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for custom graphics and layouts
• Proven ability to design clear data visualizations and hierarchical information structures
• Advanced typography skills and experience creating smooth, elegant animations
• Hands-on experience with premium corporate-creative design aesthetics

Professional Qualities:

• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to visual perfection
• Self-directed work ethic with ability to work independently
• Methodical, detail-oriented approach to transforming complex narratives into premium visuals

Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields

Time Commitment: Estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases (not guaranteed; varies by project requirements)
