Werkstudent Disposition & Kundenkommunikation (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential telecommunications infrastructure client seeking a working student to support their dispatch and customer communication operations in Hamburg.

In this role, you will:

• Process service requests and tickets independently using internal ticketing systems while maintaining high service quality standards
• Coordinate incoming orders and schedule technician deployments efficiently based on demand
• Monitor and manage appointments in planning systems to ensure smooth operations
• Handle post-deployment follow-up tasks and assist in resolving outstanding issues
• Communicate directly with customers to coordinate appointment scheduling and changes in a professional, service-oriented manner

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a business or technical degree program
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft Project is a plus
• Self-directed work style with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain composure in dynamic situations
• Professional communication skills with a service-oriented approach and ability to coordinate diverse stakeholder interests
• High level of self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and hands-on mentality
• Previous work experience or practical exposure to the telecommunications industry is advantageous
• German language proficiency required for customer-facing responsibilities
