Adjunct Faculty: School of Nursing – Residential and Online

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential faith-based educational institution seeking adjunct nursing faculty for both residential and online programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels. These are part-time, temporary positions that flex with academic calendar needs throughout the year.

Residential positions are based on-campus in Ohio. Online positions may be available for remote work in most U.S. states (excluding California, Hawaii, and D.C.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing education in adherence to provided syllabi and institutional guidelines
• Maintain availability on weekends or evenings for frequent and timely student communication
• Motivate and assist students in achieving course learning objectives
• Support student spiritual formation and personal growth
• Model professional values and maintain commitment to instructional excellence
• Engage students using a faith-integrated approach to nursing education
• Incorporate biblical worldview and concepts into coursework and student interactions

What We're Looking For

• MSN or BSN degree required
• Prior teaching experience in nursing education
• Demonstrated expertise through professional practice or research in relevant nursing disciplines
• Strong critical and creative thinking abilities
• Capacity to integrate faith-based principles into assessments and student engagement
• Ability to learn and utilize learning management systems (such as Canvas)
• Must be a born-again Christian who agrees with and will abide by the institution's doctrinal statement, community covenant, and workplace standards
