We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a Mutual Funds Representative to join their virtual investment contact center. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from home across Canada while building a rewarding career in wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through the investment contact center, delivering exceptional service on every call
• Support customers with mutual fund transactions, term investments, and account onboarding processes
• Build trusted relationships by understanding customer financial situations and investment objectives
• Provide sound investment advice and educate clients on appropriate products and services aligned with their goals
• Stay current on market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory requirements in the investment industry
• Execute sales and service activities in full compliance with approved procedures and industry regulations
• Deliver personalized wealth management guidance that puts the customer at the center of every interaction

What We're Looking For

• Credentials: Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFIC) required
• Experience: Typically 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in financial services or wealth management
• Language: Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is mandatory, as you'll support clients across Canada including Quebec
• Strong understanding of competitive marketplace trends and investment product offerings
• Working knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and active listening skills
• Resilient, curious mindset with genuine passion for helping customers achieve financial success
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
