Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential climate-tech SaaS organization seeking an intern to support their software sales operations in the renewable energy sector. This is a 6-month paid internship based in Berlin, starting in September/October.
In this role, you will:
- Proactively contact business owners in the heating and solar installation sectors to introduce our client's planning and sales automation software
- Schedule and conduct software demonstrations, explaining how the platform simplifies business processes
- Manage the entire sales cycle independently—from initial contact through pitch delivery to account activation and billing
- Maintain the CRM system diligently, tracking all active leads through to closure
- Monitor KPIs, create sales reports, and ensure targets are met
- Collaborate closely with the founding team
What We're Looking For
- Ideally some prior experience in customer-facing roles or startup environments
- Strong communication skills and motivation to acquire your own customers during the internship
- Excellent organizational abilities with a proactive approach to contributing ideas and driving progress
- Ability to guide conversations toward desired outcomes
- Interest in renewable energy or eagerness to learn about this sector
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
