About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential contract research organization seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join their clinical monitoring team in Poland. This is a fully remote opportunity for experienced CRAs who want to contribute to bringing life-changing therapies to patients across neurology, oncology, and dermatology programs.

Our client works with biotech, medtech, and specialty pharmaceutical companies to advance breakthrough science through rigorous clinical development. As part of their site management team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring data integrity and patient safety across Phase II and III studies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote, onsite, and hybrid monitoring visits with focus on data integrity and patient safety in accordance with country-specific regulations
  • Deliver quality, timely monitoring reports for sponsor approval per Clinical Monitoring Plan timelines
  • Prepare for and conduct site qualification, study initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits at investigator sites
  • Plan day-to-day monitoring activities and set priorities per site requirements
  • Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) per organizational processes and ICH/GCP Section 8 filing guidelines
  • Review site documents to verify accuracy, completeness, currency, and required updates
  • Submit expenses according to travel and expense guidelines within company policy

What We're Looking For

  • Undergraduate degree or international equivalent in clinical, science, or health-related field from an accredited institution; licensed healthcare professional (e.g., registered nurse); or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1 year of previous clinical research experience including independent monitoring
  • Experience supporting Phase II and Phase III clinical studies
  • Ideally, experience across multiple therapy areas including neurology, oncology, and/or dermatology
  • Strong understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines and required essential documentation
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple site priorities
  • Based in central Poland preferred
  • Fully remote work arrangement

Pay

Compensation for this role starts at a minimum of 113,000 PLN annually. The actual salary will be determined based on your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience level.
