About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Managing Director for North / UKI based in their London office. Our client is a fast-growing, AI-powered communications platform serving thousands of businesses globally. This is a pivotal leadership role with full accountability for go-to-market performance across a strategic geographic region.

As Managing Director, you will own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution, lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and partnerships, and build high-performing teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership—ideal for someone who thrives on turning ambitious targets into measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complete go-to-market performance across the region, from pipeline generation through renewals and expansion
• Maintain full accountability for pipeline creation, bookings, ARR growth, customer retention, and expansion metrics
• Execute ambitious growth targets by translating company objectives into clear local plans and execution priorities
• Drive strong operating cadence, forecasting accuracy, and performance management to ensure consistent overachievement
• Lead AI-driven growth initiatives, making AI product capabilities central to the regional GTM motion
• Equip teams to sell business outcomes and AI-driven value rather than features alone
• Identify and unlock new expansion opportunities through AI upsell, cross-sell, and new segment penetration
• Partner with Product to influence roadmap priorities and bring customer insights to AI innovation
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive demand generation, positioning, and regional campaigns
• Develop and scale partnerships as a strategic growth lever, including technology, channel, and ecosystem partners
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing GTM teams across the region
• Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and accountability while attracting and retaining top talent

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in end-to-end GTM leadership roles within high-growth SaaS or technology organizations
• Demonstrated success owning and exceeding ambitious revenue targets across pipeline, bookings, and ARR
• Strong operational rigor with expertise in forecasting, performance management, and data-driven decision making
• Experience leading AI-driven or product-led growth motions and translating technology capabilities into business value
• Deep understanding of full GTM operations from demand generation through customer retention and expansion
• Track record building, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales and account management teams
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships teams
• Strategic clarity combined with hands-on, execution-focused approach
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments where trust and impact matter
• Experience working in multicultural, diverse teams
• Based in or willing to relocate to London
