Senior Performance Marketer (Full Remote – France)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology company experiencing exponential user growth. This is a hands-on Senior Performance Marketer role where you'll take ownership of high-performing paid acquisition channels and scale them aggressively. You'll work directly with senior leadership to drive user acquisition from millions to tens of millions while maintaining strong unit economics.

This is a fully remote position based in France, ideal for a performance marketer who thrives on velocity, data-driven iteration, and managing significant media budgets.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of one or two paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Native, ASA) with potential to expand based on performance
• Scale existing campaigns to 3x+ budget while maintaining or improving CAC and ROAS targets
• Run high-velocity testing loops across creatives, audiences, and placements to optimize performance
• Monitor daily performance using tracking tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards
• Drive strategic decisions through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior
• Own the creative briefing process: define hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patterns
• Collaborate with content and product teams to launch and iterate on high-converting landing pages
• Build relationships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements and custom deals
• Explore and evaluate new acquisition opportunities across networks, formats, and tools
• Create SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines to streamline and scale campaigns efficiently
• Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks that guide tactical and strategic moves

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition roles
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+ per month in paid media spend
• Full ownership experience with campaign execution, optimization, and results
• Hands-on expertise with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native advertising platforms
• Strong analytical skills with GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, and dashboard creation
• Creative instincts: ability to write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate quickly
• Experience optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels
• Perfectly fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Background:

• Experience with subscription models and CAC/LTV optimization frameworks
• Previous work in sensitive or regulated verticals (dating, wellness, telehealth)
• Comfort working with uncensored content and adult-adjacent products
