Solution Operations Manager, Value Realization

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking a Solution Operations Manager, Value Realization based in Paris. This is a unique opportunity to build the operational foundation for a solutions organization delivering cutting-edge AI implementations to enterprise clients across finance, manufacturing, healthcare, and the public sector.

As the direct Business & Operations partner to the Solutions team—including strategists and applied AI engineers—you will design and scale the operating system that powers value realization across the customer lifecycle. You'll translate vision into scalable operations by building automations, defining processes, establishing KPIs, operationalizing ROI frameworks, and embedding reusable value methodologies into customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build the secure operating system linking internal tooling to Solutions team needs; design tools and automations that increase output per FTE
• Streamline operations across pre-sales scoping and delivery, creating shared knowledge repositories, templates, and reusable intellectual property
• Drive adoption of AI-powered workflows throughout the Solutions team, productizing internal work into scalable assets
• Operationalize the internal ROI framework per project and use case, surfacing where value is created
• Define the reporting layer and metric catalog; build dashboards that transform data into decisions and proof of value
• Establish customer satisfaction measurement systems as core inputs to value realization
• Codify delivery playbooks, ways of working, and scaling programs end-to-end across the customer lifecycle
• Partner with Revenue Growth, People Growth, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product & Engineering to align operations with company strategy
• Ensure operational processes are followed across geographies, embedding safety, security, and compliance into workflows

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, or chief-of-staff roles within technical sales or solutions engineering
• Strong ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
• Proven track record optimizing processes, impacting business KPIs, and aligning resources with business priorities
• Exceptional negotiation and diplomacy skills with ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and align competing priorities
• Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with bias for action in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Builder of internal tools and data workflows; comfortable turning manual processes into scalable systems
• Strong analytical skills to design ROI and value frameworks, build reporting, and translate data into operational decisions
• Technical acumen and AI fluency, including understanding of AI implementation, use cases, and scaling challenges
• Native-level fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
