Data Product Analyst, Corporate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential market research and analytics firm serving enterprise clients across retail, consumer goods, and e-commerce sectors. Our talent team is seeking a Data Product Analyst to join their Corporate practice, working with alternative datasets that provide strategic intelligence to Fortune 500 companies and investment funds.

This role offers direct client exposure, ownership of high-impact data deliverables, and the opportunity to work with billions of consumer transaction data points. You'll be joining a rapidly growing team where merit and execution drive advancement.

Location: Remote within the USA (office hubs available in NYC, Austin, Miami, and Mountain View)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data quality for assigned sector products and client deliverables, ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive QA processes across data pipelines and sources
• Independently investigate and resolve complex data quality issues affecting product outputs
• Serve as a trusted resource for clients, helping them understand data methodologies, limitations, and coverage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Insights and Engineering to develop technical solutions that streamline workflows and expand automation
• Improve category classification and product attribution within large-scale consumer datasets
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on client needs and business impact
• Mentor peers and elevate team standards through shared best practices
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality within team workflows

What We're Looking For

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or consulting
• 4+ years working with SQL, Python, Pyspark, or similar programming languages to explore and transform large, complex datasets
• Familiarity with Github and Databricks
• Experience using sample or panel data to make precise estimates that guide decision-making
• Proven track record of quickly learning complex data methodologies
• Strong communication skills—able to explain complex concepts clearly in writing and verbally to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ownership mentality with enthusiasm for making impact at a high-growth organization
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make strategic decisions independently
• Experience mentoring others and raising quality standards across teams
• Preferred: Background supporting market intelligence or data analytics for consumer-focused clients at a consulting or alternative data company
