Customer Service Representative

We are representing a confidential industrial manufacturing organization seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team remotely from Ohio. Responsibilities

• Accept and process customer orders through multiple channels including phone, internet, email, and fax
• Process transactions and inquiries using order management systems
• Collaborate with shipping and sales teams to track and follow up on customer orders
• Respond effectively to customer inquiries regarding orders and shipments
• Maintain efficient filing and recordkeeping systems for customer orders and inventory transactions
• Analyze customer order patterns and proactively communicate with customers to ensure timely repeat orders
• Initiate quotation requests utilizing CRM software
• Assist with planning and resolution of delayed shipments
• Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary
• Enter new customers and customer changes into order systems
• Ensure accuracy of pricing and delivery information
• Support warehouse operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of proven customer support experience required
• High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
• Experience providing customer service in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred
• Experience working in customer portals a plus
• Technical aptitude and fastener experience a plus
• Strong phone skills, listening skills, and clear verbal and written communication abilities
• Intermediate computer skills and keyboard/data entry proficiency
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Conflict resolution capabilities with patience and professionalism
• Ability to multitask with a positive attitude and adaptability
• Team player mindset with high energy and will to succeed

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $33,400 - $53,700 annually. The final offer within this range will depend on your experience, qualifications, and job-related skills.
