About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential AI research organization seeking a Biology PhD expert for a fully remote, part-time contract role based in Indonesia. This position involves advanced scientific evaluation work to improve model performance in specialized domains.
Responsibilities
- Write expert-level prompts in Indonesian across specialized scientific topics
- Evaluate and annotate model responses for scientific accuracy, helpfulness, and appropriate handling of sensitive content
- Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while supporting AI model development
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications:
- PhD in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field
- Native or near-native fluency in Indonesian
- Business-level written English
- Deep familiarity with modern laboratory and computational techniques
- Sound judgment around scientific safety and responsible handling of dual-use information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Based in Indonesia or the wider Southeast Asia region
- Expertise in radiological and nuclear coverage from a chemistry background
- Demonstrated depth in a specific subfield like organic or inorganic synthesis
- Research or coursework in chemical safety and security, biosafety, or hazardous-materials handling
- Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming technical content
